Welcome to R2D Partners. R2D Partners is an independent affiliate programme, providing marketing and partner search services to licensed B2C gaming operators, including but not limited to LEON, Twin, and Slott. R2D Partners is not an owner, operator, or controller of these gaming brands.

The following terms and conditions explain how R2D Partners works and the rules that apply to the program. Before registering to join R2D Partners as an Affiliate, it is essential to read the terms and conditions in full. Acceptance of these will form a binding contractual agreement between you (the Affiliate).

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time, and we will post these on the R2D Partners website. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to be fully aware of the most current terms and conditions. Your continued participation in R2D Partners will constitute your agreement to continue to abide by the updated terms and conditions. If you wish to terminate your participation at any time in the program or have any questions, you are advised to contact us at [email protected].

1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS

   The R2D Partners Terms and Conditions contain the following definitions and meanings:

   1. “Affiliate” means an individual (you) or entity applying to join R2D Partners to bring new visitors to the Betting Company websites through promotional materials provided by R2D Partners.
   2. “R2D Partners” refers to Sunny Rock Limited of 30 Princess Elizabeth Street, Ta'Xbiex XBX1104, Malta. The terms "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms and Conditions refer exclusively to R2D Partners as the operator of the affiliate programme
   3. “R2D Partners Program” or “Affiliate Program” means a program for promoting online gaming providers by an individual or entity (the Affiliate) bringing new visitors to the Betting Company.
   4. “Betting Company” refers to independent licensed B2C gaming operators behind gaming brands such as Leon, Twin, and Slott, each operating their own respective websites. R2D Partners provides affiliate marketing services to support these entities.
   5. “Commission” means the amount paid as a commission to the Affiliate from the profit generated by the players brought to the Betting Company by the Affiliate.
   6. “Payment Period” means the stated time when the Affiliate's commission becomes available to be withdrawn through an external payment system.
   7. “Payout” means the transaction of a commission transfer from the R2D Partners accounts to an external payment account requested by the Affiliate.
   8. “Players” means the Betting Company's customers who have registered on the site through an Affiliate generated link.
   9. “Profit” means the total amount of stakes placed by a player, excluding any winnings.
   10. “Credit” denotes any form of monetary adjustment credited to a Player’s account by the Betting Company. This includes, but is not limited to, refunds, discounts, or other financial compensations, often arising from Chargebacks or similar circumstances requiring account reconciliation.

2. R2D PARTNERS AGREEMENT

   1. R2D Partners Affiliate Program is open to individuals 18 years of age and over.
   2. The Company shall evaluate the R2D Partners Application hereby submitted and shall notify the Affiliate by email as to whether the Affiliate Application is accepted or not.
   3. The Affiliate must ensure that all the information given to the Affiliate Program when completing the R2D Partners application form is true and accurate. Any provision of false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balances.
   4. By completing and accepting the R2D Partners Application, the Affiliate accepts all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   5. Only one registration per participant to the R2D Partners Program is allowed, and repeat registration is strictly forbidden.
   6. R2D Partners is entitled to decline any Affiliate application to join the Affiliate Program without any obligation to provide justification or explanation.

3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

   1. Once the Affiliate has been accepted as a member of R2D Partners, the Affiliate will promote the Gaming Brands by using promotional materials on its site to generate new visitors to the Betting Company in return for a commission.
   2. Upon successful registration into R2D Partners, the Affiliate will be given access to R2D banners, texts and images, along with other promotional material. Marketing materials may be placed on the Affiliate's website or used in email and direct marketing to promote the Gaming Brands. The Approved Marketing Materials may not be altered by the Affiliate without our prior written consent. Should there be any doubt, please contact [email protected]. Any breaches to these terms may result in punitive damages in accordance with law as the Company will look to protect its interests from abuse.
   3. Affiliates must not imply that R2D Partners or its associated companies own or operate the gaming brands they promote. Any marketing material must strictly follow R2D Partners' guidelines and must not create the impression of direct ownership or operational control of the brands.
   4. Regulatory Compliance. R2D Partners operates as an independent affiliate programme and facilitates marketing services to gaming brands that are independently licensed and regulated in their respective jurisdictions. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their advertising activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the targeted territories, including any changes to such regulations. R2D Partners disclaims all liability for any breaches of market-specific laws or regulations by affiliates in connection with their advertising activities.
   5. Intellectual Property Compliance. The Affiliate is not permitted to use advertising or create websites or domains containing the Betting Company and/or Gaming Brand name(s). The Affiliate shall not purchase keywords, sponsored advertising, or other search services and content that is identical or similar to the Betting Company's trademarks or other Gaming Brands with a primary focus to acquire branded traffic from search engines. The result of identification of such sources of traffic will result in the closure of the Affiliate's account and earnings cancelled.
   6. Legal Compliance. While R2D Partners facilitates affiliate marketing services, the Betting Companies remain solely responsible for their regulatory and operational compliance. Affiliates are expected to adhere to relevant advertising laws and must not attribute compliance-related obligations to R2D Partners.
   7. Data Protection & Data Privacy Compliance. The Affiliate agrees to comply with the applicable data privacy laws applicable in each territory with regards to the use of 'cookies' and other tracking technologies. The use of 'cookie stuffing' techniques is prohibited, along with the opening of the Betting Company site in Inline Frames (iFrames), invisible zones or sides of zero length. The addition of any tags, cookie scripts, or deployment of other similar actions is not permitted. Any Affiliate in violation of these terms will have their account blocked and deleted.
   8. It is the Affiliates full responsibility for the safety of any personal data, including usernames and passwords. The Betting Company will accept no responsibility for any loss of personal data.
   9. It is forbidden for Affiliates to register their personal playing account with the Betting Company via their Affiliate link or collude with other players.
   10. The Affiliate is strictly prohibited from using traffic sources: SMS, email, incentive traffic, fraud, resale, branded traffic.
   11. The Affiliate is restrictively prohibited from misleading users.
   12. The R2D Partners Program can be terminated with any Affiliate without notice and at the Company's sole discretion.

4. COMMISSION AND PAYOUT

   1. Subject to Affiliates adhering to the provisions of the R2D Partners Agreement, Betting Companies will pay referral commissions. on the Net Revenue generated for the Betting Company from the players registering after following the Affiliate link.
   2. Customized achievements and rewards may be offered to the Affiliate on a case to case basis.
   3. TThe Betting Company reserves the right to include the following Admin Fee on commissions as follows:

   ADMIN FEE

   CASINO - 40% (forty percent)

   SPORTSBOOK - 35% (thirty-five percent)

   4. In the event of inactivity and the failure to refer any First Time Depositors (FTD's), we reserve the right to reduce the Affiliate’s commission to a flat rate of 25% until the Affiliate introduces 5 FTD's within a 6 month period. Upon the referral of the 5 FTD, the Affiliate’s commission will revert to the Revenue Share tiers stated in terms 4.3.
   5. We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account if the Affiliate does not log in or respond to the Company within 180 days after notification by email from us that you have become an Inactive Affiliate.
   6. Players identified by the Betting Company as fraudulent, bonus abusers, those who have voluntarily self-excluded (VSE), or those excluded under responsible gaming measures, will not be considered for the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) payment.
   7. Where a Chargeback is received against a customer or issuance of credit to a customer takes place; the Affiliate will not be eligible for the CPA payment in respect of the discounted player.
   8. The Affiliate, if eligible, will be paid commission payments before the last day of each month for the previous month, providing the balance exceeds the minimum $100 required for withdrawal. If the balance is below the minimum stipulated, the balance will be carried over to the next period, repeating until the minimum sum for withdrawal has accumulated. The commission payment options include Bank Transfer, Webmoney, Cryptocurrency, USDT.
   9. We reserve the right to change the commission payment schedule and methods of payment at any time.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

   1. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Affiliate is required to send the complaint in writing along with evidence and reasons for the complaint via email to the R2D Partners Program Support Team at [email protected]. All complaints and requests will be considered and reviewed within 14 days of receiving the correspondence, and the Affiliate will be notified. Profane language and false information in correspondence are strictly prohibited.
   2. We reserve the right to freeze the Affiliate's account and/or deduct money from the Affiliate account should any traffic be deemed to have been referred through fraudulent means or is found in breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
   3. These Terms and Conditions do not create or imply any agency, partnership, or joint venture between R2D Partners and the gaming brands for which it provides services.
